For queries, we may not charge for initial samples and fit samples by available color fabric, for salesman sample will be charged 2xFOB cost. Production samples if 1 piece/color but across size, not exceeding 6 pieces will be sent FOC, if more Production samples required, then will be invoiced at FOB value. In call case samples are sent on freight collect basis. You can also ship though postpaid courier for those buyers who do not have a courier account
We do not maintain any stocks, on receiving of order as well as letter of credit we makes fabrics as per buyers order. On buyers request for cheaper or promotional items we agree to use stock fabric for such specific request.

Our payment terms are through irrevocable & transferable letter of credit (L/C) At sight payable. Or Telegraphic Transfer payment (T/T) If T/T payment, then we will be needed 60% in advance and 40% after inspection.
We usually request clients to open L/C in our favor. This is then transferred to our factories in Bangladesh; Make sure that your L/C reaches us on time which may affect production process. A customized L/C Specimen is sent for your reference upon your request.
